Recently visited whilst shopping with my wife . We had lunch and a bottle of wine .. If you want somewhere near the shops that is reasonably priced with friendly staff then this is the pub

A proper pub, as It was my first visit good choice of beer's and the food was excellent and not expensive. I'll definitely call in again if I'm passing.

Just popped in with friends for a meal and a drink before the theatre, nice people, nice place, great food, and lots of it. To top it all, Newcastle won .Poole has got a healthy support for sport. Thanks to the staff.

Lovely pub with a great atmosphere and even better food . Staff are lovely Great place to watch the football too

Went here last week for a cheap pub lunch . Food was good and service was excellent . Loads on the menu and lots of choice of drinks . Highly recommend and an easy stroll from the main shopping centre. Great place to stop for lunch and a drink whilst shopping
