Food is below par, almost looks sorry for itself. Such a shame as it could do really well location wise, the pub has been past from hand to hand and current staff in place seem to own it for the sake of having the title and whether they are the owners or not I’m not sure but they seem, like they’re running the ritz instead of behind the bar, don’t rate the service or attitude towards their patrons at all.

We booked our ladies circle Christmas party at the gemini through Laura, who was super helpful. The table was reserved and decorated for Christmas ready for our arrival. All the food came out together and was very delicious. Overall the atmosphere was wonderful with a live band playing and the staff were very helpful. Would recommend anyone to go for a meal, I will definitely be returning.

Newly refurbished and very comfortable Green King pub, we met up with son and grandson for breakfast and have to say it was Very Good and good value for money well cooked and tasty, the regular breakfast was enough our grandson had the larger version which he just manged.

The place was super cold. Ordered via the app, our food came before our drinks. When the food came out it looked disappointing, the chips were lukewarm, the mushy peas would’ve looked more appealing in a ramekin rather than spread out on the plate like in the photo. I’m aware you get quite a bit of chicken on the chick n mix but 12 chips was a bit of a let down. When we got our drinks, they didn’t offer a glass for the bottle of cider, had to ask for it. Just a few things they could improve on. Presentation, service of drinks and food could be quicker, so drinks come before food and the food doesn’t come out almost cold.

My burger was very raw in the middle and we never had any1 come and ask if the food was OK, seemed like they were just rushing around and my mother in law had pink chicken which then we saw later on 🤮. We felt bad as we were told it was great. I'm so sorry but I won't be eating there anytime soon.
