Excellent food and service. After ordering my breakfast via the Weatherspoons app the food arrived within two minutes! Free coffee refills too. Recommend
Got a breakfast before the flight. For £10 this is what you got. A complete joke to be honest. Another example of a good company I thought taking the complete .... out of you.
We had breakfast and it was good quality and warm. We ordered from the table using the QR code which was very straightforward. Food arrived quickly. We had refillable hot drinks and there were plenty of drinks machines so no queuing. There were lots of seats and we didn't have to queue to get in. The staff were polite and attentive. Prices were about double what you'd normally pay but that's pretty normal for airport food.
Visited here last week, wasn't impressed. Staff weren't happy. You could see this. Had to ask if it was table service to be barked at "order on the app or bar." Went to the bar, staff again moaning and unhappy. Waited a long time to be served. Food came within 6 mins, which was great. Wouldn't eat here again, and it's letting Gatwick down after breezing through security.
I am very impressed with the speed of service here. It was really busy when we arrived but still managed to get a table. Upstairs is definitely better as it's quieter and less full-on! Great selection for breakfast, prices are higher than normal Weatherspoons, but that's what you'd expect. We got our food and drinks quickly and the staff were really friendly. The food was really well cooked and delicious!
