I went here on a nostalgic visit as my uncle used to run the pub in the 80's. It hasn't changed much since then and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We popped into here after a long walk around the forest. Great selection of beers on tap but the food was the best bit. Would like to come back for dinner sometime
This is a great pub! We popped in for a pint on Saturday after a walk and loved it so much we decided to return the next day for a Sunday roast (we were camping near by). I would recommend it! Food was delicious, wine was delicious and the staff were super friendly, helpful and fun. We will definitely be back for more. I only took a photo of the Eaton mess, but all of it was Devine
Amazing!!!!!! Food 10/10.... service... the same. Really lovely lovely place. Highly recommended. Had one of the best fish & chips EVER and a wonderful brownie.
This old and extremely charming pub is a gem! The family running it is extremely welcoming and polite, which goes without saying into their great service. The food is divine, and there is a beautiful beer garden. Mind your head and the steps along the way and this was built in the 1500’s! 😂
