came here for food after work and had a mixed grill cooked medium rare. it was cooked perfectly and the food was piping hot! the bar staff were so friendly and welcoming and the beer was exceptional! will be back soon :)
Went for a meal the service was brilliant and the staff were warm and welcoming and friendly the food was brilliant had the mega mixed grill cooked to perfection by the chef and just a lovely atmosphere will definitely be making it my regular place to go with family and friends
Went for a meal on Saturday 27th January in the evening not too many people in got served by a young girl for 2 large mixed grills which took nearly an hour to arrive people who had come in way after us were eating before us .... the chicken which i complained about straight away was like a giant eraser! The young girl disappeared after saying she would tell the kitchen waited 20 minutes for more chicken the steak was chewy and not medium like wed asked the chips were dry and the sausages were burnt .... nearly £20 each and my poor partner could barely eat his which was worse then mine but after waiting nearly an hour i we were starving ... when the young lady returned it was a glance and i ll tell the kitchen and was gone again never to return ...absolutely shocking other people were complaining too which just added to the whole experience
Booked a table for six people for 17.30 we ordered the food and we had to wait over an hour for the starters and the main course came at 19.15 which was two hours after we got there. The food was very nice but the wait was ridiculous they need more staff on I can honestly say I will not be going back any time soon
AVOID Visited today as a family of 4. 1. My go large Sunday roast came with 2 peices of carrot, undercooked beef, no mash potato and when they did bring me some mash it was packet mash - dry and tastless.. oh and I had about a tablespoon of gravy 👍 2. My sons tortilla started was terrible a sprinkle of cheese and burnt tortillas 3. My daughter child's Sunday roast with sausages was sausage mash and peas!! Just overall not worth the visit! No surprising that it's so empty on a Sunday afternoon.
