Fantastic food, the most delicious homemade lasagne and sticky toffee pudding. Lovely staff, very pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Wanted to try somewhere new to eat out so tried the Freindly Inn. We really enjoyed our food , great Steak and Ale pie and a delicious fruit crumble all for £12 each ...bargain. The staff made you feel welcome, definitely going back as there's plenty to try on the menu 😋

Possibly the nicest Pub Grub I’ve ever had, staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, absolutely loved it!

Lovely home cooked food and a very warm welcome! Perfect that the kids could eat off the deal menu too, they get so bored of the same kids menus

We were due to be in the area, so called and reserved a table for Sunday lunch. The speed of service was absolutely first class, and the quality of the food was also good albeit of limited choice. However I was a little taken aback at the cost of two pints, one being a shandy, of £14. For this reason alone, I reduce my award to 4stars.
