Children under 7 are welcome until 7.30pm. Clean, well behaved dogs are welcome in the Wellie Bar and Garden provided they are kept on their lead.

Booked Sunday lunch over the phone for 4 people and a dog, really helpful staff explaining where we could eat with a dog and the options of high stools or table and chairs. Friendly welcome when we arrived and a plate of dog treats given to the dog. Food was delicious, fabulous quality- we had sharing meat platter Sunday lunch, plenty of vegetables served separately. The staff were all friendly and made a fuss of the dog, drinks were purchased from the bar. Somehow we also managed a pudding, we left feeling very full and very happy. A lovely friendly place with very tasty food, we will be returning and I would highly recommend. If you want to visit without a dog don't be concerned about being surrounded by pooches you will be sat in the restaurant.
Absolutely delicious. In a world of overpriced and underwhelming food, the foxhole is such a treat! Great value for money and every part of our Sunday roast was delicious. The atmosphere is lovely! We’ll be back 😌
Had a delightful experience at The Fox Hole! The festive dinner menu was a hit – loved the roast turkey and poached filet of salmon. Starters like king prawns and confit duck were delicious. The beer selection, especially the Brixton, impressed us. The cozy atmosphere and inviting ambiance made it a memorable evening. Highly recommend!
Haven't tried the food but it looked very nice and the menu offered a good selection. The beer garden is very nice, we sat in some lovely deck chairs and enjoyed the sunshine with a few drinks. Water bowls are available for dogs and very kindly they offer free biscuits for dogs which were very well received. Lovely pub, will definitely visit again.
