Went for a family meal, there were quite a few of us but in all fairness that didn't seem like any trouble for the staff. Staff were friendly and accommodating and a good laugh. Food was good and a half decent pint too. Well worth a visit.
First visit to what is a lovely cosy pub with a roaring fire & warm welcome. Staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful … made it a pleasure to be there. Food was good & good value in a challenging time. Would have been 5 stars but my chicken wasn’t hot & we felt the fish portion was small compared to other pubs we have visited. Overall very good & we would re visit/ recommend.
Nice and quiet stay! The restaurant down stairs was very good and staff very accommodating!
First time visiting here and what a lovely pub it is; inside was nice and large garden areas for dogs and kids. Food menu was great with options not usually on the standard pub menus including lamb chops (lamb lover here) which I obviously opted for. Partner had fish and chips and the chips were divine 👌 proper home made chips!! Really reasonably priced food and great service, would recommend and will return.
Lovely pub found this on our way to pembrokeshire. Food was amazing had the pie and chips one of the best pies I've had ! Big portions too. Good choice of beers and spirits. Hopefully call back on our way home.
