Went there for the first time but won't be the last!! Fabulous place, lovely food, gorgeous log fire and great atmosphere. I loved it. 😍

Lovely food, we visited twice in two days. The food was good, the portion sizes were fine, the service pleasant and the atmosphere was one of a traditional English countryside pub. My only real gripe was the sticky tables, the tables were clean it must be the cleaning agent reacting to the varnish.
This is a great place for quality pub grub, there is an extensive range of meals to suit all tastes. The food arrives hot and well cooked. The portion sizes are more than adequate with just enough room for a delicious pudding. There is a really friendly atmosphere here with plenty of locals sitting down for their meals, always an indication of good value.
We came across this pub while driving to the coastal area. We absolutely enjoyed Sunday roast. The food was delicious! We were not only satisfied with the service but also the staff members. The price was resonable. Overall, 10 out of 10!
