Really beautiful hotel in a fantastic village! We stayed in a dog friendly room and it was gorgeous, large and very clean. Both dinner and breakfast were great, 100% recommend!
Didn't stay over night, very welcoming, great friendly service, excellent delicious food Open fire on a snowy day was fabulous, Dog friendly. Staff were attentive to your need even when it was busy . Would definitely go again
Had Christmas lunch at the Fountain Inn. Excellent. This is the first time my wife and I have had Christmas lunch out. I can say it was a very pleasant experience, service was spot on, lunch was exceptional. They just had the numbers right, the table layout was good. The time between course's was just right. A plesent atmosphere. The couple closest to us were very nice. All in all a lovely Christmas lunch. We'll done Stuart and all the team at the Fountain Inn. All the best for 2024. Paul & Caroline. Well worth a visit any time of year.
Had a lovely family stay, room was a good size, for us and two babies, bed very comfy and the decor is charming. Our evening meal was delicious, 3 courses all amazing and the kids meals just as good. We were made to feel welcome and instantly started to relax. We’ll definitely go back, it’s a little oasis.
Wonderful visits to The Fountaine over the three days we spent in Linton. We ate three evenings in succession and had breakfast there as well, though a non-resident. Everything a rural pub should be. Fantastic service, great quality of food, friendly staff; it was one of the best pubs we've ever visited.
