The food is ok, not specially nice and the ales are alright. Had a carvery which was disappointing to be honest.
Good locals pub, very friendly Good ales, down side no food
Landlady was rude to customers including myself and friends. Not how you treat people trying to spend money in your pub. Won’t be returning.
Always has a couple of nicely kept real ales on tap and a selection of good malt whisky. Friendly people and the best pool table in town.
