Bottomless boozy brunch. Was a great atmosphere in the place, our waitress Evie was FAB, very attentive to our table and was always quick with our drinks order which is ideal when at a Bottomless Brunch😊 she did a great job! I had the 'hash brown nachos (see pic) which were tasty but a TINY portion, which isn't ideal if you're drinking alot 🫣 the other girls all got the 'Chicken strips with chips' (but you had to pay extra for that) which looked like a decent portion size. The only thing I would criticise is the lack of choice on the menu and the sizing of the nachos, but apart form that it was a great afternoon out with the girls x
Dined here prior to a gig at the Arena, wish we'd been able to stay for the evening! Food was absolutely delicious (Dirty Chicken Katsu Fries & a Dirty Burger), waiting on staff friendly and helpful, relaxed atmosphere, great live music, and BOGOF on cocktails! Will definitely be returning. NB If you've booked a table, try to grab a member of staff rather than waiting at the desk or bar...the only negative to our visit, as there were only 2 bar staff serving, and a busy bar area plus no-one on the desk....we wandered round to the dining area and found a staff member setting out reserved signs, who promptly found our table.
Absolutely loved our Christmas dinner at the Foundry! The tomato and basil soup starter and the festive burger were both incredibly impressive. The soup is so delicious (I need that recipe!), and the service was excellent. Plus, we didn't feel rushed at all, unlike some other places.
Food excellent, service not too bad had to wait slightly. Don't necessarily stand at the front desk to be seen, go to the bar or catch a member of staff. Have cocktails and 2for1 but make sure you read the small print only the * cocktails are 2for1.
We hosted a business networking event for c65 people, and the support we recieved from Jonny, the events manager, both before and during the event was exceptional - I'd highly recommend the Foundry Project for any event you're looking to hold! The rest of the team were also fantastic on the evening, and the food was DELICIOUS! 1 star missing for service as the food came out slightly slower than expected, but this didn't take away from everyone having a great night overall :)

This will be a place that celebrates the city right down to the beer we serve, including the local family brewers such as Lees and Holt but also with a couple of changing guest ales every week.
