Staff don’t care , just shrug their shoulders when told the ticket machines aren’t working, or a toy hasn’t fallen down the two penny pusher shoot properly, or say they’re going to send someone then don’t. Had to ask three times for ticket machine to be fixed , whilst massive backlog of people queued up waiting. Maybe I should have just said here’s my tickets count them- would have been quicker ?! Buckets and take care water/ wet floor signs everywhere … not sure you want to combine electrical machines and water … walked out in the end sick of waiting for ticket machine to be fixed. Dogs everywhere getting under people’s feet. Shoddy sham of a place , won’t be back … take care if you enter this place !
What a fantastic establishment. Full of family fun. The bowling was great, we ate plenty of popcorn and drank copious amounts of fizzy drinks and some alcohol for a few. The arcade is a great big space and we thoroughly enjoyed it after bowling. The customer service was fantastic. Thanks for a great evening.
Lovely place. Lovely staff. Only problem is the toilets! Went into the womens toilet and it's disgusting. No locks. Toilet seats hanging off. It stank as well. Most of the toilet rolls were out. Just genuinely off putting compared to the rest of the place. They've been like it for years and I haven't once seen anything be fixed in there. Instead of new machines and stuff maybe think about remodeling the toilets... 😬😬😬😬
Brilliant amusements and bowling alley but when getting the tokens/tickets exchanged the things you buy are little expensive
It’s quite a good arcade, lots of machines. They have a bouncy castle in there though (which is why I went in with my daughter) it’s £8 pounds + £3 pounds for socks. I don’t mind paying for things like that but that is a crazy price for a bouncy castle. **Reply to comment** This review is completely fair. I have been to many attractions in the UK and have paid much more than this and considered it good value. However, this review is completely fair given what was on offer (I’ll admit I could just see a bouncy castle, but there was nothing visible that warranted a £8 pound charge). I did Google after visiting and there was nothing shown other than a bouncy castle, either on the website or the Google reviews. Locally to me, there are a few huge trampoline parks that charge £8 for an hour, however these are another level compared to what’s on offer here. The proof was that there wasn’t a single child on the attraction when we visited. From what I saw £3-4 would be a fair price for what’s available.
