And with a cosy log fire and comfy seating inside, plus a pleasant garden where you can watch the world go by, this is a home-from-home where you can spend many a happy hour.
The decor upstairs reminds you of a cheap university dive bar. The down stairs is far nicer. I understand the vibe trying to be achieved, but it is more tacky than cool. The pizza is amazing, though.
Always a pleasure having a drink at the Foresters. Whether it be an afternoon catch-up with a friend or an evening session, the atmosphere is great. It's a good 'old fashioned' pub that appeals to young and old. Their pizza's are very tasty too! Well worth a visit.
Went for a family lunch to celebrate a birthday. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The whole place was decorated with posters, DVD cases, CD's and other memorabilia which was so interesting to look at. We sat upstairs and had a few games of shuffleboard and connect 4 and later a game of pool. We ordered various pizzas which were freshly made and delicious. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending to others.
This'll be a short one. Best Pizza, best staff and great atmosphere for younger crowd and older. The peace is kept and the vibes are good, and the DRINK IS FLOWING!!!!
