We hosted a wrestling themed joint 40th here a few months ago. The staff were incredible and so helpful! There was a technical issue with the sound system at one point, but the manager there (forgotten his name!) was up there in 5 minutes to sort it late at night. They were so accommodating and let us use all the kitchen facilities to cook our buffet food too. Would absolutely recommend this place to host a party, it was brilliant. Great outdoor balcony area too with an stunning view! Thanks again to all the staff that were on that day/evening, you were top class :)

Excellent place to keep fit and try coastal rowing. Small gym with weights and rowing machines. Good Bar with plenty of choice. Not expensive, either. Very good value. It's worth a visit. Now, it's become just a pub. Rowers are hard to find there nowadays.

Very unhelpful and unwelcoming. The staff were reluctant to help. My partner is an experienced rower and the tone of the person there was very condescending. They didn't bother to even ask about our rowing ability. Was very dismissive. We turned up after 6pm and the information on their website is very misleading.

Good size. The balcony facing the beach is nice. Parking is an issue. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
