Diverse, friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere with mature patrons. Music played is from vinyl, sometimes by the original back in the days selectors. Food is great, service is good. Will go again! Sept 2022. Visited this week, first time in a long while. Ordered an Oxtail & Rice to take away. Seriously disappointed with the quantity served for £15, definitely not VFM. Sep 2023.
Went last Thursday night. Grown crowd! Dj's were playing some of the BEST reggae I've heard in a long time. Bumped into Blacker Dread X Lovely night...
The last few remaining Black pubs in Great Britain and one of the best pubs anywhere. Rum Punch and Stones on tap, whilst reggae music plays all night long.
