Food all looked home made and tasted very good. Nice portion sizes and very friendly service from the young man behind the bar. Will be back.
Food was overpriced and not great quality. I had the Sunday roast and ended up leaving the beef as it was "off" and tasted stale. I was offered another cut but turned that down, no offer of a refund. Drinks were OK as was the service, having said that the place was practically empty at lunchtime. When I read some of the glowing reviews for The Flappit I was expecting much better, I would avoid this place as there are better options available.
Absolutely no atmosphere because we were the only people there. Food over priced and small portions. It's not right to have to take a child somewhere else straight after to get them more food because their still hungry.
Nice friendly pub. Decent food. Felt welcome. Enjoyed meeting lots of dogs all shapes and sizes.
A person in our group ordered the flat iron steak meal, when it arrived it didn't come with the mushrooms, fried tomato and onion rings. Probably should have complained... But still quite an oversight for 12.95!! The pie was nice, mash a bit lumpy for my liking, but Gravy was ok. Probably won't go back to be honest.
