Nestled in the village of Winkton, The Fisherman's Haunt is a delightful country pub right on the edge of the New Forest and a stone's throw from the historic town of Christchurch and award winning beaches. Eat, drink and even stay the night courtesy of 13 lovely guest rooms.

With one of the best-stocked bars around, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to choosing a tipple at The Fisherman’s Haunt.

There’s outstanding cask conditioned ale here, including London Pride on tap, plus a superb selection of craft lagers from all over the world.

Our fine wines are similarly well sourced, from vineyards the world over, and there’s a great collection of spirits here too, including a number of excellent gins.

For that special celebration meanwhile, or a toast to a weekend away perhaps, we can also mix you a superb cocktail.

Menus here change with the season, but there’s always a firm focus on fish dishes - alongside country classics, chef’s signature dishes and a range of homemade desserts.

As keen supporters of local food, our team of chefs use locally sourced produce wherever possible, with suppliers including Laverstoke Farm and Owton’s family butchers.
