Very welcoming and staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for a party. My husband is the dj, and he loves the atmosphere in their lovely big hall .
A great wee place, 1st time in the place for a birthday party, plenty space 😀 clean toilets, great bar staff. Great night.
We had a wake there. Lovely staff. Provided catering and tea. Opened the bar. Room for a lot of people. Clean. Disabled ramp.
Always a great atmosphere in the Crossgates British Legion and the venue is large and well set out. It might not be the most up to date decor but if you're there to critique the furniture, you're missing the point of why you're there in the 1st place. Enjoy yourself and don't worry about whether or not the tables and chairs are a la mode!! The staff are helpful, friendly and always serve as quickly as they can and the prices are very good.
I have a fondness for this place as it was the first place that ever gave me the opportunity to do a gig. That was in 2012. They still book me and are as lovely as ever. It's a great venue for parties. Great staff.
