Attended with two eight year olds. The location is perfect for Drayton Manor (and Conkers 30 mins away). It is above a pub so be aware you need to be able to tolerate some noise. It was not excessive. We were greeted by staff member who was lovely and explained everything to us. The room is basic, with no coffee making facilities. However they have some bits downstairs and you can take them to your room. There are loads of places within walking distance to eat. Rooms needs a bit of TLC but were comfortable. Small concern that the fire door remains open until late meaning access to public. Not a major concern. Small issue was that they wifi was not working and someone had stolen our TV remote. Staff were not able to source another. I had to find ways to entertain the kids. I think I would stay again but will book well in advance to maybe get a better deal.

Another buisness stop. The first thing I noticed on arrival was the lack of parking . There is a carpark behind the garage but it is very small and full. The roadside parking where the hotel is located is horrendous. I drive up and down the high street for ages looking for a space. When I finally got one you have to arrive after 6pm and leave before 8am with a half hour stop from 8am. That road is so busy I felt a bit worried leaving my vehicle on the roadside all night. The staff were friendly and explained things and some rooms are located next to the bar area. Unfortunately I was near the bar side and the noise was terrible (Bang Bang Bang from the jukebox or dj till 11pm) I could hear laughing shouting swearing from the punters in the bar. Unfortunately the tv had no signal on any channel and eventually I gave up trying. The internet was intermittent and very poor at night as I guess others were logged onto it too, however in the early morning it did improve. I couldnt believe there was no soaps shampoos or anything in the room, luckily I had my overnight bag with shampoo etc in it. The room was very cold but I have to say the bed was comfy and I slept well. The room could have done with a makeover as it was a bit basic. I was a little upset breakfast was not included but when you only have half an hour parking from 8am I did eat elsewhere.

Pleasant visit for the first time here, staff polite, gents was not good but it looked like a deliberate act by someone to try n flood the floor. Entertainment on this night was amazing ! Singer doing a great mix of songs. Only real negative is the lack of parking

Very close to the theme park, just 7 minutes drive. The staff are really nice!!! And plenty of takeaway shops in the other side of the inn, I am recommending the Peninsula Cantonese Takeaway shop, they are authentic!!!! With this price, please do not expect to much from them!

Take my word for it, this is the worst hotel to stay at that I have ever experienced. The place does not look like the pictures. Place is falling apart it smells and is disgusting. Locks are broken. Beds are shocking. Music and shouting goes on till late. Not enough parking. Guy was kicking the wall and shouting when playing pool. When asking for a refund I got told no with a smile at least. Staff do not care about customer service as they are ignorant and stupid. I paid for two whole nights and had to leave within three hours as it was just too much. Enjoy your stay.
