Excellent traditional boozer with a wonderful collection of memorabilia from the old Offlier's brewery, warm atmosphere and excellent service from Steph & Jim
Didn't have food so 3 for that, but as a pub and a place to have afew beers with a mate it was top notch. The staff and locals were really friendly, prices were superb and the beer was well brewed and well kept. This is a place well worth seeking out if in Derby and a fan of quality real ale.
A fantastic, traditional real ale pub, with great atmosphere & filled with memorabilia and curios. Excellent beer, brewed on the premises...plenty of choice. Well stocked with spirits etc too. Sits in a residential area & not easy to find, but well worth it when you do. Great service, plenty of space. Highly recommended.
Really fantastic old school pub full of memorabilia.. cheap pint from the excellent onsite brewery. Really worth the walk from derby city center!
A traditional spit and sawdust local that brews it's own beer. An absolute gem, the landlord is pleasure to talk with, places like this are getting harder to find if we want our pubs to survive we need to buy less alcohol in the supermarket and spend time with our friends in places like this otherwise we lose them forever.
