I was in Doncaster on a course and had to get some photos from the Post Office. Thought it would be rude not to stick my head in the Falcon for a Swifty. £1.60 for a pint of Bitter! Nice atmosphere, friendly barkeep, nice pint. Cheers.
Although they had an electronic PoS this pub declined my card payment. So we had a standoff after I'd ordered drinks while my wife paid a comfort call. In the end I didn't get my drink so had to spend a few minutes opposite a young family who saw nothing wrong in changing their baby's nappy in the bar. Kinda glad we didn't have to drink there really. Thanks for the free loo though.
Staff are amazing, ver good atmosphere, nice little pub and kids are welcone until 7.30pm
I enjoyed many pints in here over the years. Most of the real ales and beers were excellent. Bar games and the players gave some atmosphere as did the sports on television. The pub is fairly close to the bus station. The market is nearby.
