Really impressed with the Falcon. Huge as well! Was surprised by how big it is. Really polite and very friendly members of staff.
Couldn’t use the gents cubicles as they were flooded or covered in faeces. Used the disabled one - despite asking for the key from staff and the door being locked I was walked in on by staff. When I went to complain they didn’t care. Tables sticky, flies everywhere, booths stained, food lukewarm, glasses with lipstick stains on. I’ve been to a lot of Wetherspoons but this has to be the worst. If you are in High Wycombe the Chiltern Taps is exponentially better.
Went to Wetherspoons today and didn't have the best experience. we had done all our orders and my sister wanted a burger but without the sauce, she went up to the bar and told them to not put any sauce in it and when the food came out they said they couldn’t remove the sauce as it was already made, they said we would have to order a different meal because they wouldn’t make another one. My mum asked if she could have a refund for the meal and they said they wouldn’t give her a refund be even tho she didn’t eat the meal. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t give us a refund and tried to make us pay for two meals, absolutely disgusting service, will not be returning.
It's a really good place to drink and eat. You can have a lot of kinds of beers here. And the food is simply delicious. We really appreciated this experience. The great English atmosphere was good as well. I definitely recommend this place to visit.
I didn't eat on this visit, but I did have a pint of Shingle Bay by Salcombe Brewery. The beer was okay. Service wasn't the best with some staff talking and one serving whilst we queued. Thankfully, one member came over to serve. Sport on the TV screen.

The only Venue in High Wycombe open late every night of the week. We are open till 3am Sunday - Thursday, and 6am on Friday & Saturday (last entry 2am).
