Ok my first time to a harvester and not my typical choice of where to go, however I’m given this a five star experience as the wonderful lady Karen who works behind the bar was so helpful that she honestly makes this restaurant worth visiting! She was unflappable even when the bar was very busy and did not stop! She cleared our table and her service behind the bar was exceptional! She is a real asset to your team! Well done Karen! :)
Been before and it was always good but today was a bit shocking. Ordered a medium well steak and got given rare, asked for it re-cooked and it looked like it got blowtorched with the inside still rare and outside then tasting like charcoal. I think I’ll stick to the Rayleigh one thanks
Lovely place beautiful food nice helpful stuff the salad bar was nice and fresh… The only reason I give this low rating is because of this ugly faced manager with a very dry sense of humour and terrible customer service… I’m a regular visitor every time he is on duty For some reason I can’t get a table but when he is not there always get a table and great service… It’s the last time I am going there because on Sunday I went there to get a table for me and 9 of my guests to my bad luck the ugly face was there before he opened his ugly mouth I new what he was going to say … That was the third time he has done this to me refusing us a table he gets a great pleasure from it even the waitress next to him was surprised and looked shocked when he said no, I can’t work out who would on their right mind refuse a business of ten people just because the manager might not like the guys accent or something… I thought we have passed this point in this century obviously some people still think like darker times 😔😔
Fooooooooood was gooooood (that will do)... had the 3 courses for £18 it was just what I needed sorted me right out.. Tyler & I went back today for some big fooood busy day we needed meat 🍖 that's what we got 🙌 😎
One of the worse experience on customer service & quality of food 👎 A beginner waitress she whent to her colegue for five times to asked about beer when I only want a simple Strongbow Dark Fruit 🤣🤣🤣 of course they don't have this one on Sunday !!!! Bowls for salad only been given to as on request & was unwell washed 🤮 The quality of fried calamari disgusting 😬 At the end the dishes from salad...main course was taken away only when we ask for that 👎 We NEVER been asked how was the food 🤣🤣🤣 Conclusion : that waiters doesn't now how to welcome a customer... how to take a order.... what it's on meniu... how to serve food...how to great the customer after serving the food...how to issue a bill 🤣🤣🤣 how to say ,,thank you for choosing us & bye 😂😂🤔 AVOID THIS PLACE ! *this review it's written on comparation with Five Bells Harvester (5*) and Basildon Festival Lesure - Harvester (3*) 👍
