Nice pub friendly atmosphere
Two weeks ago I wanted to go to the Spread, I used to be a regular. I walked in to the bar and a woman said "sorry we're closed" I said "but it's only 7 o'clock and it's Saturday!" She said "well it's still closed" So I went to the Blue Boar. Welcoming and friendly. I will never to go to the Spread Eagle again. I wanted to give zero stars, but Google wouldn't let me.
Really nice place, made to feel welcome
Don't go there much but when I do always good friendly service and good safe atmosphere 👌
This has recently been taken over and I used to be a regular customer years ago and I walked in and was served in a pleasant manner and met some friends I hadn't seen in years. I will definitely go back
