Always very casual and relaxed in here. Service is good. (They try hard and are very busy) food always hot and fresh. Sometimes cutlery hasnt been cleaned in dishwasher properly but they will change it willingly xx
Recently visited this harvester after a few hard weeks. We were served by Kimberley and what a star she was. She was so welcoming , friendly and a joy. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Had my kids smiling , especially my one that likes to moan about everything. She was very patient too whilst we decided what to get searching through the massive choices in the menu. Nothing was too much to ask and she really brightened up our whole experience. The food came out piping hot full of flavour all at a real good price. The deserts were nice too. The restaurant was clean and well heated. 10/10 service 10/10 food. I think Kimberley deserves a promotion thought she was a manager the way she provided this great experience. But yeah great overall will be back soon.
No mocktails but they serve alcohol free drinks. Nice staff who explained the menu and made sure everything was okay. Table wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, but there's only so much you can do between guests during a busy period. You could still see some water marks and spills. The food was a good portion and taste, complemented by the fresh salad bar that you can take as many times before your meal arrives. Overall, a decent service.
The food was tasty and the portion sizes were favourable considering the price paid and the wait times before the food is brought to your table is not too bad really considering there is a free unlimited salad bar to keep you occupied
Food was delicious as expected. It's difficult to eat everything with the salad and rolls but it's delicious and doesn't matter. It's always good at Harvester. Thanks to Charlotte the waitress who made the experience even better. I don't know if it was the manager but he was very attentive when he thought there weren't enough rolls and got it sorted, bringing them to my table. Great experience. Would definitely return for more of the same
