Our first time at this friendly, traditional pub in a beautiful setting (cash only, please note). We sat outside as evening fell and were treated to a visit from four badgers! Will definitely return.
Small, tidy country pub with neat little garden. Had cheese ploughman's and coffee. Fresh but slightly Small I'd say. Cash only, no cards. Would like to come back and spend some time inside with a beer sometime.
We called in for a quick drink after seeing this pub on the map and being intrigued by the name. Very small and cosy with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and lots of quirky cat-related paraphernalia. No actual cats in sight on our visit, sadly. Like stepping back in time, in a good way. Definitely worth a visit. Cash only.
Looking at this building you'd be mistaken for it being a lovely cottage on a quiet country lane. Wrong, this is a quaint little pub selling Greene King ales (IPA & Abbot) plus the usual spirits you'd expect to find. The beer garden looks over fields with no interruption from traffic so guaranteed tranquility. Pop by and have a bevvy - you shan't be disappointed!
Great little gem this. Friendly small country pub with lots of character and pump real ale.Not to b missed this one. Charming.
