The location of this Toby Carvey is amazing, right on the sea front. The food was very good and there was plenty of side dishes to choose from to compliment the very tasty beef. The staff were all very friendly and you could see them all working hard to meet the customer needs.
I had a great experience with my friends as we came to celebrate my friend's birthday. Andrew, Simon and Anthonia were exceptionally great in offering world class services. It was an experience I will cherish for a very long time. Well done to the team. Most definitely I will visit again. Kudos to you all.
Pleasant setting on the coast with views out to sea. Staff were fine and patient with the children who loved the play park outside. The atmosphere was calm. Food was standard Toby Carvery with tasty beef and lamb and the usual veg. There were 5 meats to choose from. Only negatives were an ice machine that was out of order and no standard Pepsi at the machines available to customers. Both were available at the bar. A regular said that they 'never' have the Pepsi. I have no idea why.
It was busy when we visited on a Sunday, but the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious and the chef serving the meat had a lovely demeanor. I enjoyed my dining experience here. There is a small car park outside and the times Ive visited, I have never struggled to find a parking space. But do remember to register your number plate on arrival or you will get a ticket through the post!
Been here a few times over the years. On our last visit it was very busy. They have lamb as a meat choice which is unusual for carvery's we've found at other restaurants. We would have liked broccoli and brussels as a vegetable choice. They could be a bit more generous with the amount of meat we were provided with.
