Invitation only venue. Extremely comfortable surroundings. Very pleasant staff. The occasion I attended was catered for exceptionally well.
Rude staff. Unfortunately we were told to leave as my son is under 18 and they have to vacate by 8pm. I bought our first drink at 19:58 and was then told to leave. I accept this, however the attitude of the staff and the rudeness was unwarranted. Having lived on Canvey for 43 year this was my first time visiting, would I like to return? For an apology 100%…. For a drink? I’d rather stick pins in my eyes.
We often come to the club in a large group and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food yesterday was really good tasty and filling. We’re never disappointed always have a great time.
The place was lovely, but the staff need to be pleasant to customers. They didn't smile, or make us feel welcome. In fact I thought I was attending a funeral wake. However the gazebo outside was lovely and so was all the ladies involved with the charity. X
