Occupying a restored and rejuvenated former Methodist Chapel in the market town of Clitheroe.
The Emporium has become a Ribble Valley institution like no other. A fabulous brasserie, coffee shop, wine bar and pizzeria all across 3 floors and all under one roof.
Nice little posh bar on the edge in Clitheroe centre. Good cocktail. Beers from sister brewery Bowland. Pizza looked nice but we were booked in elsewhere.
Very busy restaurant but food and service were both excellent. Emily P our waitress was exceptional. Thank you Emily P.
We went on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly busy. No problems with our food or drinks. Good value. £160 for 4 mains, 2 starters, 4 coffees and 4 deserts, 4 large soft drinks, and half a wheat beer. Good selection of dishes. I gave 3 for service because of a couple of things: We ended up with soup spoons to use for our puddings. We needed a fork! They didn't take empty drinks away. Good value overall and lovely shop on the side.
Nice easy good place to eat. Food was delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly.
So yeah, really nice looking restaurant, felt top notch walking in. Greeted by very friendly staff who were quick to show us our table and take our drinks order. We had the pizza it was not great to put it mildly, under cooked and soggy the base looked raw. Tables are too close together for my liking but that's more personal preference. Overall it looks great but covering the basics of serving edible food was lacking, wouldn't return
