Best bit of food and service I’ve had in a while. Great service from sally. Food came out hot and pretty quick considering it was busy. Chefs work hard especially Tim and Jack. Will definitely be returning!
Excellent fillet steak cooked to perfection, recommend! All other meals were great too.
Emerson's Green Beefeater can be a bit hit or miss sometimes. Today's visit was definitely a hit!- The customer service received today by the team member Deborah was excellent. We felt well looked after and our needs catered for throughout our whole visit. My Fillet Steak was cooked to perfection (medium as I had asked for it) and both meals were hot, flavourful and seasoned well and were very enjoyable. Our drinks were replenished when asked and all round we had a great visit to Beefeater Emerson's Green today.
What a awful experience 😞 the food was awful it was all cooked in a oven,except beans chef mic did them and the mushrooms which were really watery like they had been boiled,the hash brown was like rubber the bacon was absolutely disgusting covered in white stuff and really really dry 😕 black pudding was saturated in oil,none of the food was hot,the poached egg was OK, the orange juice that wasn't cold,toast was nice but butter was rock hard extremely disappointing I hope there rooms are better than the breakfast,we definitely will not be going back it's a disgrace expecting people to eat such rubbish,even the eggs were cooked in the oven lol by by beefeater you are 😖
We found that the chairs were grubby and had stains on them and sticky to the point where we couldn't sit on one of them. The table was very stick and had to get them to clean it again. Once we had placed our order they brought our starters and told the wife her main wasn't available and had to pick something else. She picked the salmon only to be told 10 mins later that they didn't have any of that either. So went for the chicken and ribs instead. Once the food came to the table to ribs didn't taste very good to the point where the wife left them. The place wasn't full so no excuse for not cleaning tables properly. As for the chairs I can't see them being that busy they couldn't clean a few in the evening ready for the morning or higher a company to do it. The table behind were having similar problems when their main came out before there starters and were told later about food that wasn't available. All in all a bad experience and won't be returning
