Our menu is tailored to what is seasonally available and abundant with traceability at its heart. Our main focus is to use fresh local ingredients which are cooked well and served to you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. At the Elm Tree we pride ourselves on using local suppliers and always producing freshly cooked meals. We even make our own desserts, ice creams and chutneys, in fact as much of our menu as possible our chefs have made themselves. Our menu changes frequently to ensure that everything you eat at the Elm Tree is fresh and tastes delicious.

My partner and I had a lovely lunch here last year and wanted to relive the experience. This time though we arrived at 18:06 and were greeted by an unfriendly staff member (I assume the manager) who stated they don't accept people after 18:00. They had quite a few empty tables as well. So for six minutes they fouled our memory of the place and lost income. I think their 'good reputation' might just be getting to their heads a bit.

The Elm Tree Pub cooks absolutely phenomenal food! Their sausage rolls are some of the best I've eaten. They can also make lots of their options gluten-free, which is a game-changer for us as well. We liked them so much, we had them as our wedding caterers, too. And they did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend for a meal out, or as a catering option!
