We’ve got a superb wine list and some great ales on offer, as well as a hearty and wholesome menu to enjoy, making the best of local ingredients.

We’re relaxed, friendly and easy-going and want you to feel comfortable when you pay us a visit.

Come and enjoy the laid back atmosphere of your new local pub – we’re just round the corner.
Our chef Andy Keir has worked in some award winning pubs and restaurants and cooks simple,
good food, creating contemporary British dishes using great local produce.

His local suppliers include Handcross Butchers, Brighton & Newhaven Fish Sales and Coffee@33.

He favours lesser-known cuts of meat, making rich and delicious stews and tasty seasonal fish dishes.
He is a dab hand at creating the perfect rib eye steak and hand-made burgers. His bavette steak with
chimichurri sauce is worth a visit any day of the week, as is his Moules a la Landlord! Just about
everything on the menu, including his crispy ‘skin on’ chips and mayo are home made.
