Don't bother going if you're not a UK citizen, they refused to serve me after realising I didn't have UK ID (even though I already had two drinks previous to this and am well over the age limit??) This is pure racism, like what the actual..? otherwise this would've been my favourite place I've been to in the area, great rock/metal bar... completely ruined by their exclusive policy
Wow, always walked by this place, it used to be one of those pubs that really didn't want to go in, but it's been transformed into a superb place, excellent rock music, nice array of drinks, good atmosphere and a full vegan menu of fun dirty type food, the guy behind the bar was so friendly as well, felt really welcomed. Will be back for sure.
Great pub, really happy to see an alternative venue in Eastbourne! Lovely staff. Definitely be coming back for some live music. Only complaint is the price of Guiness, £6.15 a pint, I'd expect to pay that in London! Otherwise everything else is fab.
Service was spot on.. staff were polite.. respectful.. and quick!! No standing around like a lemon for ages waiting. Only down side is the pool table.. its awful!! Desperately need a new table. Other than that place was spot on.
Used to love coming here.(30 years) Not any more, 1 real ale, used to be one of the best pubs for real ale. Music was awful and deafening, TVs on a music channel not the same as blarring music. Such a shame you have done this to one of the last proper pubs 1😪
