We stayed for 2 days, We was welcomed and shown to our ground floor room, Accommodation great, Breakfast great and a bonus a friendly cosy bar with good Guinness, The staff were excellent and efficient.
Traditional pub and inn with an open fire and a quirky layout. Perfect spot for a rest and drink after a long walk around Carew. Sunday lunch was great and very well portioned and service and staff were lovely.
Our family of eight and our dog arrived for Sunday lunch on 5th November. The food was delicious and the portions very generous with loads of veggies. The service was first class too
We had a lovely anniversary meal there in a quiet peaceful dining room away from the bar. The staff were lovely and although we didn't take the dogs with us, it is dog friendly.
Had a lovely meal, nicely presented, hot and the biggest gammon steak I have ever had. Really good value for money. We were in the dog friendly dinning room, which was really nice, only 3 tables but that was ideal. There is a lovely big beer garden but was dull and overcast day we visited.
