Very nice place, lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. The people there are really nice. I've played there twice with my band: 'Chip Shop Gravy' and there is a nice area for the band to play, toilets are upstairs. I would go back there for sure 🙂
Absolutely lovely food. Great staff, couldn't so more to help and extremely friendly.
First time visit today for a Easter Sunday family meal. I had the roast beef Sunday dinner. Very tasty, the beef was tender. Roasties just right. Gravy was delicious. Then had baked alaska for pudding. Mmm Also don't be fooled by the exterior. Very up to date decor in side.
Great little pub and restaurant, with a cozy feel, pleasant atmosphere and fantastic food! The service is great, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional and the food was absolutely spot on! At a quick glance at the menu and more particularly, the prices, you could be fooled into thinking it's expensive, but the quality of the food and the portion sizes (which were massive) make this very good value for money. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area, great restaurant!
