Duloe Manor is the home of the Holiday Property Bond in Cornwall. Located on the edge of the village, the high quality self-catering rental accommodation is exclusively available to HPB investors. There are two swimming pools, one indoor (including a toddler splash pool) and one outdoor (seasonal), a gym, sauna and steam room. The forty holiday properties are set in 15 acres of manicured gardens, parkland and ancient woods.
Superb, beautiful place for our vacation, quiet, well-kept gardens and paths, the accommodation is above 5 star, all the amenities deserve 5 star. The disabled accommodation is perfect for wheelchair users, the bathroom downstairs is a wetroom, an adjustable sink for height, and the shower has fantastic water power with adjustable head. The kitchen has everything you need to produce 3 course meals. Nice reception area with games room, library for books, and DVDs, small shop with honesty system.
Fantastic place to stay. Nice and quiet. Both indoor and outdoor pools were warm and the splash pool was perfect for my two young kids. Plenty to do on site- golf, croquet, table tennis and pool, as well as a good selection of toys, books and dvds to borrow. If planning to go off site, there are plenty of lovely small beaches a short drive away. Self catering cottage was clean and a good size. We requested a bed guard and bath which were both clean. If planning on eating out, make sure you book in advance. We decided to eat out last minute mid week only to discover that a vast majority of restaurants in the local area were fully booked.
