First class service and top-notch, reasonably priced, pub food. I recommend booking as the dining area isn't large. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend! Excellent home made food, great choice including daily specials. Never had a bad meal, compliments to the chef's. Excellent customer service and lovely staff. Dog friendly too.
Recently ate here and came back today for the beef Sunday roast - it wad amazing and there was plenty of meat. The beef was so soft and tender, one of the best, it not the best roast we have ever had. The brownie afterwards was perfect too. Staff are lovely and friendly and the pub has a relaxed and cost atmosphere.
Lovely lunch time meal and ale today (Wed 1st Nov) Service spot on in this historic local pub, small but perfectly proportioned. The Venison Pie was amazing!
Great place to have a cold one after the beautiful walk behind the pub... Local beers.. Ale and cider. Small old school pub with great atmosphere and food
