A Victorian pub in Dalston, London, serving real ale, craft beer and gourmet Subs & Pub Plates by Sub Cult! Regular ale festivals, quiz, comedy & film nights.
The Duke of Wellington public house has sat on the same site since around 1842. We serve a wide range of real ales, beers, ciders, carefully selected wines and great food with an emphasis on high quality local suppliers.
We are proud to have Sub Cult in residence serving exceptional sandwiches and sides Monday to Saturday. Join us on Sunday’s and enjoy one of our renowned Duke of Wellington classic roasts.
Keep an eye open too for our regular events, including comedy, film screenings, live music, poetry and short story reading, beer festivals and more. Our back room is available to hire for your private functions. So if you have a birthday, christening or simply a long-overdue get together with friends then give us a call to discuss your plans.
