I was here playing pool. Really good table and its a great traditional middle of street town centre pub. Not themed not weatberspoons, just a nice little pub.
THE worst pub I’ve ever been to, definitely avoid at all costs. The rudest bar staff, grotty atmosphere. Has a pool room but the room is dark and smelly. Plenty of better places in Penrith eg royal

Lovely little pub in penrith. Jukebox, real fire and dart board, plus a pool table. also, friendly, welcoming service from knowledgeable bar maid. There is an electronic scorecard get the darts.
