Best breakfast for miles around! Seems to have been renovated and taken over by new management. Fantastic breakfast, brilliant service with a nice atmosphere and all at a great cost! For anyone that works from home like me you can escape your surroundings for a day and take your laptop and work there using their free WiFi, just grab yourself a few drinks or lunch :)
The place is nice and well laid out with a decent garden for outside relaxing... However the service was met with a bad attitude and 'cant be bothered' service. You need to pay a fee of £5 a month or more for time just to drink here (member payments) which is ridiculous especially if you an already serving member of the Armed Forces. Food was finished at 1700 and was offered Scampi Fries as a substitute, so clearly I cant comment on the food. The bar staff was un-friendly and honestly could not care less. 100% not returning. Sorry to say but avoid. Shame.
We went to the first car boot sale and there will be another one end of July. The bar is a wonderful space although you can't be in the right now, good outside area with outdoor seating.
All good, lovely to sit outside for a quiet drink...first time ordering via WhatsApp so that was different but no issues..
Good service 👍 friendly staff very clean sandwiches fillings good value coffee and tea nice and hot . haven't had a meal yet ! I will . Price's look reasonable . children's meals .then tank museum a must .
