Thank you all the staff from the Brass Haus for a great night out. The Darts space look amazing , food came quick, hot and very taste. All the team working were friendly, efficient and attentive. We all enjoyed!!! 👏 👏 👏
We come here 6 times a year :-) Great food, perfect atmosphere and on the weekends the best live music and disco ;-) I wholeheartedly recommend it
Food really good. We went early so atmosphere would be better later on. Good selection of drinks. Plenty of room and seating
Food is a mixed bag. My fish and chips were nice, my wife's salad with added grilled chicken and halloumi was not. The cauliflower was burnt and the chicken was extremely dry, so dry it had kinda cracked. Halloumi was good though. We told the staff and they offered churros for free, but they were awful, chewy, and dry too. Fairly certain neither the churros nor the chicken are made fresh to order. Coffee and tea were nice, and the staff seem friendly enough though
It was really busy so in all honestly I think the staff were doing as much as they could - however it took an hour for us to get our food, 45 minutes to get our drinks. By the time we got our food, it was all burned. Not the best experience, food should be checked before being served - especially if you had the customer waiting for an hour.
