All the staff, from the welcome, the bar manager, our waitress were absolutely fantastic. They all really made my boyfriend's birthday special. It was such a nice touch to teach him how to make a cocktail too. Shame about the food and drink quality.
Don’t book bottomless brunch. 45mins for one cocktail!! Very very slow service. Not bottlomless. Literally 3 cocktails and some finger food. Here now and regretting it. Go to turtle bay it’s much better!!
It depends when you go. We went at tea time o Wednesday, it was very busy and a great atmosphere. We ordered food but were advised a little later that they weren't serving and our order got cancelled. We returned after the show we had been to, about 11 pm. Music was great but the atmosphere had gone, along with most of the customers. Cocktails were delicious.
Saturday Brunch with friends. This is the 4/5th time I’ve visited here for a Saturday Brunch and unfortunately this time was a little disappointing in regards to the drinks. You get 90 minutes of unlimited cocktails but nearly 30 minutes in, we were only on our first drink. We had to keep asking to be served as they were missing our order off. Towards the end of our brunch, the waitress had said the ticket machine broke so no orders had come through, which partly explains why our drinks weren’t arriving. The vibes were great and the food was okay. 3/5 on this occasion.
THE most LOVELY service from the server we had the other day when me and my friends came for a bottomless brunch, we were half an hour late to our booking due to traffic we didn’t expect them to extend our booking but they did which was so nice of them! and again we thank you for that! was so lovely! the service was quick and server kept drinks flowing!! best bottomless brunch i have ever been to. food was incredible! thank you again guys for the 11/10 service! keep it up!
