Myself and my 4 year old went in after dino mini golf. Lovely warm welcome from Katie. Food was tasty and came out in a reasonable time. Was tended to very well throughout our visit. Katie made a fuss of my son and he gave her hug - he is eager to go back.
Honestly could not have asked for more. Just had our Christmas Dinner and the food was great. The service was amazing and the staff so friendly. We had to make a change to our booking before hand just a week before the date due to unforseen circumstances and staff went above and beyond to help us and to meet our needs. We are so grateful to them all and especially Jasmine
I'm really disappointed. Stated a cheese and onion pie but was more like mush inside it. Tried to complain about the food to the manager Jasmine. Didn't want to know because she said it was vegan. Asked her for a replacement meal but would not swap it. I had to pay for another meal despite leaving this horrible thing. Tried to negotiate, but she couldn't care less. I've been going there for years without issues. Spent a lot of money in that place to be treated like this. Awful!!
We decided to go out for my husband birthday. Our local pub was first choice but the night before we pop in and the food was terrible So we decided to go to the Dilke instead. The service was fabulous and all the staff were really chatty and friendly. We ordered our food at the table along with drinks,which were bought over swiftly. When the food arrived, it was nice and hot, and the portion size was a really good amount of food. After our table was cleared, I paid the bill, and we were all happy as we were about to leave. Tam called my husband back and gave him a box of sweets and a card for his birthday. What a fantastic touch to a great evening. Thanks to you all
Me and my wife drop by today for a quick dinner for the first time and we were worth very impressed. Service was very friendly and the food was delicious and excellently priced. The coleslaw needed a touch of salt in it but the portion sizes are very good and it was great value for money. The beer was excellent too. Would happily recommend eating here to friends.
