Shocking, arrived at ivy barn for an overnight stay for work, my partner phoned to book a table to get an abrupt NO room - went in for a drink instead, place empty apart from 3 tables eating and a few drinkers. Rude women who had answered the phone serving at the bar, not falling for that again
A lovely welcoming community pub, we sat out in the beer garden for a drink and then had a lovely meal in the pub. The garlic and rosemary camembert was delicious. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. And the pub is also dog friendly. A really lovely evening!
Brilliant pub with community feel. Loved our dinner; great food and drink, and reasonably price.
Wonderful pub and the owners and staff were very welcoming. There was a varied menu and we left feeling very satisfied! We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.
Popped in for an evening meal with my partner. The food was absolutely delicious and the owners very welcoming. There was live folk music being played which we thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this pub.
