Grab a drink and some food and chill out after work to some sport on our TV screens and cool tunes at the Springfield Sports Bar. We’ve been setting the standard for all the bars in Swadlincote since 2013. Meeting awesome people and having an amazing time has never been so simple.

Great layout and friendly staff. Went to a old friends dad's funeral , great food spread put on by the pub but a very expensive bar. Changed hands since the last visit but a very busy and lively atmosphere in there now . Don't think food is done now but staff are still very helpful and friendly plus a brilliant selection of gins !
Sports room great to watch TV sport , lounge room comfy. Playing darts difficult due to distraction of TV but if you focus all is well
First time visiting here and I loved it . Huge thankyou to the staff for going above and beyond to return my phone to me . I will definitely be visiting here again
Great little pub, could do with guest ales evrry now and then, good entertainment at weekends

Newly opened micropub (May 2019), Swadlincote's first, close to the town centre. It is named after Jack Bodell (1940-2016), the legendary local heavyweight boxing champion.
