If I could rate it 0 stars I would!! Staff are extremely rude….owner kicked us out as we were too young (17) which is fair enough….. however we were not buying alcohol….. but what really angered us is that he was very rude. He screamed and shouted at us for no reason as we wanted to buy a coke and watch the football? He could’ve asked us nicely to leave which is understandable but instead he threatened us! I don’t know if he was having a bad day but that’s no need to react like that when all we asked for was a coke 😂 yes fair enough we were too young but he could’ve politely asked us to leave! Plus we had put 2 quid in pool table before he told us to leave robbing old mardy git
Good selection of ales/lager, 1st visit, will return again, not sure if does food.
Quiet, village pub. Dogs lounging on the floor, as me and my family entered, my husband was then bit on the leg by one on the way out. Nice pint though.
Every time I visit Chesterfield this is my pub of choice. Great atmosphere. The landlord and lady are very welcoming and the beers are excellent. Give it a try.
A lovely cosy pub. Relaxed atmosphere. A great selection of very well kept cask ales. Highly recommended!
