Absolutely fabulous all round, breakfast is simply stunning. Fantastic staff, awesome atmosphere, and conveniently located close to local amenities. The new apartments are finished to a high standard and well equipped for a family. Local musicians playing in the bar make for an enjoyable evening. The outside bar area is great for an evenings entertainment. Will definitely stay again.

Usually come here if there is an event (the comedian who does the history shows) or for a quick pint. One of the better pubs in Downpatrick and offers a fantastic range of cooked food.

This is a beautiful hotel, we had a family room, it was beautiful, and the room was a good size. The bed was the best/most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was a short walk from the main hotel and restaurant but it felt very secure and the staff took us there when we arrived. Be prepared to carry your luggage because it isn't possible to stop with a car/taxi outside the entrance to the rooms we stayed in. Totally wished we stayed longer because we had a lovely time and there were lots of interesting things to see and do in the area. We enjoyed Down County Museum, St Patrick's burial place and the Catherdral.

We went to Denver’s Hotel in Downpatrick for a meal & a Cousins Reunion. When we arrived, the staff showed us the room where we were sitting in & also having our meal. Staff were very friendly & helpful & asked us if we’d like a drink. I ordered some water with ice in it. Denver’s Hotel is situated on English Street in Downpatrick & there’s a Car Park just around the corner from the hotel. To book a room, you have to phone them & they’ll give you an idea of the cost & if you’re intending to stay overnight, they’ll tell you how much it will cost. Stephen Acton.
