Lunch wasn't great at all. Tasted 2 mains and both lacking any flavour. Had a better Burger from McDonald's:-/. Service was OK from certain waitresses , others didn't care. Won't be back.
When booking was given a price, when we got there the price had increased! Still waiting on a manager to explain this. Could not open the bedroom window, so was very stuffy, reception staff, bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly .
Lovely private hotel. Modern comfortable rooms which significantly exceeded our expectations. Staff were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.
The hotel was lovely. The rooms, clean and fresh looking. Unfortunately, we had a really awful smell emanating from the bathroom drain, but with the window open and a squish of perfume, it was manageable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind, even thoughthey were rushed off their feet with a very busy wedding. Overall, a very good place to lay your head.
Only ever been here for work reasons. The hotel is stunning, seems like they are always trying to upgrade or improve the facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food always smells amazing. They also have the most magnificent Halloween tree ever.
