Ah, where to start. If you haven't drank there for 20/30+ years (or ever before) then you'll never feel more welcome. It's the only pub at the top of this town but it's worth a walk to get there from elsewhere. Seriously good company. Food is excellent. The staff are exceptional and the regulars are really friendly once you spend time to get to know them. Excellent selection of reasonably priced drinks too. I think genuine, quiet people who respect others are more welcome than self centred attention seeking Diva's though. I might be wrong.

Foods amazing and brilliant local Boozer. Wide variety of drinks available and staff are always pleasant and helpful. A reasonable sizes function hall or restraunt. Shows most sport and would decently recommend the food for anyone far and wide
Friendly and helpful staff. If you get served by the trendy wee guy behind the bar that goes by the name of Daniel. You will be in good hands and a good night will be had.
